Buenas!!
Hoy no vengo con receta, ni tutorial, ni truco ni nada. Hoy vengo a contaros algo que me hace mucha ilusión y que por fin se ha "materializado".
Durante este año, voy a impartir una serie de talleres de repostería en colaboración con el centro comercial El Boulevard de Vitoria-Gasteiz. Van a ser un total de 6 talleres, muy variados, en los que aprenderemos cosas muy diferentes e interesantes.
Habrá taller de cookies, de repostería vegana, repostería sin horno, cómo adaptar la repostería a las distintas intolerancias alimentarias, cómo hacer tus propias leches vegetales y decoración de cupcakes navideños. ¡¡Más variedad imposible!!

El primer taller va a ser ya el 19 de este mes...¡qué nervios! Así que os espero por allí, dispuestos a aprender y a pasar un buen rato :)
